Dr. Bob Bitting is the Director of the Graduate Public Administration Program and Associate Director of Academic Affairs at Alfred University, and an independent human resources consultant and trainer. During the past 20 years, he has developed and presented over 1,000 training programs for industry, military, government, not-for-profit and human service agencies, and academic institutions. He is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in services for domestic violence victims and offenders.
